About me

Hi! I'm so happy you're here. My name is Leah and I am from Jacksonville, Florida. I'm 20 years old and I've been taking photos for over 5 years now. For me, photography is more than taking pictures. It's capturing exciting and happy moments on camera to have forever and look back on. I've loved taking pictures since I took my first photography class in high school. I have now taken 3 photography courses, 2 being digital photography, and one being film. I love editing, photoshopping, and all types of photos, I always have my camera by my side.

Something about me is I love adventures! My family and I always go on fun trips and these are some of the most amazing memories I have. From biking the Canadian Rockies, swimming with sea turtles in the Galapagos, Hiking through Glaciers in Alaska, and swimming with Dolphins in the Bahamas, I am so grateful to have had such once in a lifetime opportunities with my family. I have two sisters, one is 13 and one is 23, and I couldn't go through life without them. 

I am currently a student at the University of Florida studying political science and criminology on the Pre-Law Track. While my major is totally different than photography, I've found such a fulfilling balance between the two. I fell in love with this school and have met the most amazing people who have taught me so much. While I love school, the Pre-Law track has definitely challenged me at times. But all along, I've had my camera right near me, and find myself calling up my new friends for spontaneous photoshoots. Channeling my creative side is one of my favorite activities. 

I found a passion for photography a few years ago. I never thought I would be where I am today, but my amazing friends supported me throughout my whole journey, cheering me on every step of the way. From shooting for the yearbook, for families, for bat mitzvah's, graduations, and countless more events, I am so grateful I decided to grow this business. I am eternally grateful for the skills and opportunities photography has brought me, and I couldn't imagine my life any other way.
